President
The president is the main spokesperson for the Club. He or she is the point of contact by default for most club-related concerns. The president also sets the agenda for Board meetings.
Treasurer
The treasurer is primarily responsible for all the finances of the Club. Among all the duties the Treasurer has to make sure the Club remains fiscally sound, the Treasurer is responsible for collecting all sponsorship payments, disbursing payments that are due on behalf of the Club and annually reporting back to the Club in the form of an in-person presentation the state of the Club’s finances.
Registrar
The registrar is in charge of registering the members for games, either in our leagues or other competitions. The registrar is also responsible for keeping track of all club members’ information, including email addresses.
The Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Tasked with increasing community awareness of the club by planning events, seeking media coverage, updating social media, and other outreach. This includes Recruitment, Sponsors, and major club events. The PRO is responsible for documenting club events (photographing or recruiting photographers) and then posting them to the applicable social media accounts.
Player Development Officer
The PDO is responsible for overseeing the development of players within the club for all sports and at all levels, from senior teams at multiple grades to youth teams. This person is responsible for facilitating the appointment or election of trainers for all sports and levels, and represents the interests of the trainers to the board. They are responsible for working with the trainers to prioritize and satisfy their needs as they continuously improve our competitive programs.
